摘要：A tanulmányban felvázoljuk a fenntartható kistérség megvalósításának a modelljét, melynek kiindulópontja az, hogy az összefüggések rendszerében megjelenő globális kihívásokra komplex módon megfogalmazott lokális válaszok szükségesek. A kistérségi fenntarthatósági modell öt pillére a helyi társadalom, a gazdaság, az infrastruktúra, az intézményrendszer és a természeti környezet. Mindegyik pillérhez négy-négy részterület tartozik, amelyekben egymással összehangolt fejlesztési programok szükségesek a kistérségi fenntarthatóság érdekében. A megvalósítás feltételezi a helyi és központi erőforrások összekapcsolt mobilizálását és hosszú távon megtervezett, levezényelt lépéssor végrehajtását. A modell stratégiai alkalmazását célzó fókuszcsoportos tesztelés – a helyi „elit” bevonásával – a Gyöngyösi kistérségben megtörtént, ennek fontosabb eredményeit, következtetéseit is bemutatjuk.
其他摘要：We outline a potential model of creating a sustainable micro-region in our study. Our starting point was the idea that as global challenges form a complex, interrelated system, they require similarly complex, local response. The five pillars of our model are the sus tainable local society, the local economy, the sustainable infrastructure, the sustainable network of public services and the sustainable natural environment. Every pillar has four subtopics, which should be covered by coordinated development programs to ensure the sustainability of a given micro-region. Implementation assumes the joint mobilization of local and central sources and the implementation of a planned and regulated long-term action program. We investigated the strategic application of the model based on focus group testing involving the local “elite” of the micro-region of Gyöngyös. The results and experiences of the survey are presented in this paper.
