摘要：In recent years, the use of mobile ad hoc networks (MANETs) has been widespread in many applications, The lack of infrastructures in MANETs makes the detection and control of security hazards all the more difficult. The security issue is becoming a major concern and bottle neck in the application of MANET. In this paper, an attempt has been made to thoroughly study the blackhole attack which is one of the possible attacks in ad hoc networks in routing protocol AODV with possible solution to blackhole attack detection.
