摘要：The Act prohibits psychotherapists from engaging in sexual relations with their patients. Consent of the patient is not a defense to a charge of sexual assault under the Act. A person convicted of violating the Act is guilty of a felony and is subject to imprisonment for not less than one nor more than three years.
