摘要：Little has been done to teach professional responsibility in a way that provides students with more than a mere sampling of rules and principles. In an attempt to move Beyond mere tinkering with the way professional responsibility is taught, Loyola Law School in Los Angeles restructured the way it taught the subject by creating a class that fully integrated ethics and lawyering skills into a single required course.
