摘要：Our empirical work implies that mobile, distributed and networking groups often experience problems with regards to sharing experiences and coordinating work effectively. In this paper, we ask: How can we facilitate sharing and coordination in the dispersed, mobile and networked group by means of IT? Our answer for a specific case is an application called DARWIN. The design of DARWIN has been informed by ethnographic work, qualitative interviews, and various evaluation sessions. Describing DARWIN and the process that led to it, serves an illustration of a more general answer to the research question asked.
