摘要：The U.S. aviation industry has been and continues to be a rapid-growth sector of commerce. Educational and academic metamorphosis coincident with this growth is evident in the number of postsecondary educational institutions offering degrees in aviation. A recent publication of the Collegiate Aviation Guide (UAA, 1994a) listed more than 500 postsecondary institutions offering aviation programs. More than 200 are at the baccalaureate level or higher. Many, established in the past 10 years, coincide with the net industry growth rate.
