摘要：The purpose of this document is to outline the steps in the process of preparing data for analysis after data entry is complete. Examples of commands are given for both SPSS – version 19 – and Stata – version 11. These steps are a culmination of two decades of working with agricultural surveys in Kenya, Zambia, Mali and Mozambique.
