摘要：Based on the perspective of risk control, this article introduces related technology of eliminating mycotoxins in agricultural products and the current situation of application, including traditional physical, chemical and biological methods as well as the contemporary situation of relatively advanced technology at home and abroad, which provides reference for the policy-making and technology application of mycotoxin control in agro-products in China.
