摘要：This article and the underlying factual information were first presented at Pace University School of Law on April 15, 2010 as the Sixteenth Annual Lloyd K. Garrison Lecture on Environmental Law. Mr. Butzel tells the story of the Storm King case, and gives his impression of where environmental litigation stands up today measured against the promise of the Storm King decision.
