  • 摘要:This study investigates factors influencing the use of marketing channels in U.S. meat goat production. Producer demographics, production system, socioeconomic, and regional variables impacted marketing channel selection. Larger-scale producers selling goat meat or selling larger percentages of goats as slaughter or as meat were more profitable.
