摘要：Extract: Most people are familiar with the concept of Real Property. Realty or real property is the land on which we all live. But what is derivation of this term? In this article we will discuss some of the history of the concepts behind our ownership of land and discuss the concept of fragmentation of proprietary rights that is a feature of how we conceive property rights.
