摘要：The article focuses on issues related to constitutional rights and its remedies in the U.S. It discusses the U.S. Supreme Court's judgment in Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. v. Dukes, wherein class action against plaintiff Wal-Mart Stores Inc. seeking remedies under Title VII of the U.S. Civil Rights Act of 1964 was decertified. It mentions that individual cases can be misinterpreted, but when aggregated it can improve clarity, legitimacy, participation, and representation.
