摘要:A large number of pesticides are used in olive production to prevent harvest and production losses especially due to insect damages. The residues of these pesticides can be found in olives and therefore in olive oil. In this study, residue analysis of some licenced pesticides in olive production were performed in olive and olive oil samples by applying different methods. Also, some method performance criterias (linearity, limit of quantification, trueness, repeatability, selectivity) of these methods were determined. For the determination of some method performance criterias, olive and olive oil samples were spiked at two concentrations (20 ve 50 ng/g), at the reporting limit and a higher level, and 5 replicates recovery studies were made. The results demonstrated that the methods applied achieved the criteria of SANCO/12495/2011document.
