摘要:In this study, peach trees are sprayed with a dose suggested by agricultural preventative technical instruction and a dose twice as much. By making peach juices from these pesticided peaches it is determined at what level is the amount of decrease in residue during fruit juice processing technology steps. During residue analyses GC/ MSD is used. It is determined that diazinon residue is decreased by % 99 percent during fruit juice processing technology.
