  • 摘要:In this study, manufacturing and frozen storage of poultry meat döners, were explained and, changes in chemical and microbiological quality of chicken döner during frozen storage were determined. Chicken döners were frozen stored at -18 °C for 3 months. Due to results of the analysis, it was revealed that, chicken döners kept their good quality during frozen storage for 3 months.
