摘要：In this study, it was aimed to investigate the problems and the status of milk production, usage and marketing of milk producers selling milk to Tek-Süt factory in Gönen . According to the results obtained, most of the producers (65 %) had milking cows between 1-4 . Majority of cows (95 %) are culture breed. The milk yields of the cows are between 10-25 kg/day. Average slaughtering age of culture breeds changed mostly between 5-8 years and lactation period between 7-9 months. Milking times per day was 2 at percentage of 75 and 3 at rate of 25 %. Almost half part of the producers had milk production of 30-59 kg per day. Questionnaire results suggested that cows are not under periodical veterinary control. Milking cows of 29 % become mastitis once or twice. Even if an important part of the producers know the hazard of the milk with antibiotic, they send their antibiotic-contaminated milk to the factory without warning. Most of the producers don’t have the knowledge of how to make disinfection of cow udder before milking.
