  • 摘要:The iron deficiency is the most common deficiency of micro nutrient elements in developed or undeveloped countries. Although many nutrient elements deficiency can cause anemia, iron deficiency is the most common among these. 90% of the anemia is occurring from iron deficiency. The dairy products are poor regarding to source of iron. Some research results showed that milk and milk products could only provide 3% of daily iron intake of for adults. In order to supply of iron deficiency in human, milk and milk products can fortification by iron supplement in different form. In this article, iron fortification in milk and milk products was discussed.
