  • 摘要:Adsorption of phages to Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis MA83 were inhibited by the exopolysaccharide material that produces in the presence of 32.7 kb plasmid. Major constituents of the exopolysaccharide were determined as galactose, galactosamine, rhamnose and phosphate by the end of chemical analysis, Moreover receptor sites on L. lactis subsp. lactis MA83 strain for phages Øla2, Øp78, Ør4 and Øp81 were found to be protein in nature.
