  • 摘要:In this study the physical, chemical and technological properties of four wheat and one triticale varieties improved by C.U. Agricultural Faculty Field Crops Department and three commercial varieties grown commonly in Çukurova region were examined. According to the results, physical properties of Ures Bow's variety are similar and/or better than commercial varieties of Adana 99, Panda and Golia. It was found that the concentrations of protein and gluten in Ures Bow's variety and commercial varieties are similar but the gluten index of Ures Bow's is better than Panda and Gotia varieties. The values of farinograph and extensograph of Ures Bow's variety are better compared to other varieties.
