  • 摘要:The importance of small fruits gradually increase with appear of positive effects on human health. Among the fruit and vegetables, small fruits which are rich in phenolic matter and especially anthocyanin have high antioxidant capacity. In this article, antioxidant matter content and antioxidant capacity of small fruits are investigated.
