摘要：In this research 30 different Turkish and French wine samples (white, red and rose) were analysed by using GC-MS techniques to determination of their poliols contents. The level of polyols such as; 1,2 propandiol, ethylenglycol, 2,3-butandiol and glycerol has been compared in the different French and Turkish wine samples. The results show that the polyols content of Turkish wines are generally lower than French wines.
