  • 标题:The Study for Aflatoxin Contamination of Groundnuts, Pistachios and Almonds Sold in Erzurum Market

  • 摘要:In this research, it were analyzed 22 groundnuts, 13 pistachios and 9 almonds samples obtained from Erzurum market. Thin Layer Chromatography technique was used to measure of aflatoxins (B+G). It was determined that 5 (27.7%) of groundnuts, 3 (23.1%) of pistachios and 2 (22.2%) of almonds includes aflatoxins. The amounts of aflatoxins for all samples (44) ranged between 1.7 and 18.3 ppb. The maximum aflatoxin level (18.3 ppb) is determined in 1 groundnuts sample.
