摘要：C. fetus subsp. jejuni is one of the most common bacterial causes of acute gastroenteritis in both children and adults. The purpose of this article is to review the characteristics, growth parameters, some out breaks and fatalities related to C. jejuni. In addition, symptoms and source of infections (meat, poultry, raw milk and other foods) were discussed. Finally, isolation and control mechanism were given in this article.
