  • 摘要:Lactulose, a synthetic sugar known as "bifidus factor", is a disaccharide composed of galactose and fructose. It is not digested in the upper gastrointestinal tract but passes to the large intestine and supports the proliferation of Bifidobacterium. So lactulose show useful physiological properties. Recently, it is used in the food and pharmaceutical industry.
