  • 摘要:In this study, the effect of temperature, hydrogen pressure and catalyst concentration on trans fatty acids content, solid fat content, melting point of cottonseed oil hydrogenated by using nickel catalyst in a pilot plant scale dead-end type reactor was investigated. Linoleic selectivity of the reaction for each hydrogenation conditions was also calculated.
