摘要：in the dairy plants which have high capacity, multiple effect evaporators are indispensable group of machine in the production of milk products, such as dried milk products, yoghurt, sweetened and unsweetened condensed milk. The aim of production, the level numbers of effect and the type of energy to be used economically are the important factors having influence on the selection of the most suitable type of evaporator which have high investment cost. The mechanic multiple effect evaporators are recommended in place of the thermic multiple effect evaporators where electric energy is cheaper than other energy sources.
