标题:Beta-Lactamase Enzyme Research by Using Chromogenic Cephalosporine Test (Nitrocefin) in 33 Bacillus Isolates and The Sensitvity Tests of Betalactamase Possitive Isolates against Ampicilin and Imipenems
摘要:Totally 33 bacillus strains (%16.9) from 195 raw milk samples provided various regions. Widespread species within the bacillus strains isolated form raw milks were 3 B. brevis (%9), 3 B. cereus (%9), 3 B. licheniformis (%9), 3 B. mycoides (%9), 3 B. sphaericus (%9), 3 B. stearothermophilus (%9) and 3 B. subtilis (%9) . But the isolation of B. megaterium (%3) was found too low. The isolates from Afyon (4), Ankara (9), Antalya (3), Burdur (11), Denizli (1) and Nevşehir (5) were obtained. The most Bacillus strains were isolated from the raw milk samples gathered from Burdur (11). Second one were isolated from Ankara (9). The less one were isolated from Denizli (1). In this research, beta-lactamase enzyme activities of Bacillus species isolated were evaluated by using Chromogenic Cephalosporin (Nitrocefin) Test. Besides beta-lactamase positive Bacillus strains were controlled with Penicillin-G antibiotic. 10 Bacillus strains of totally 33 ones were determined as a positive beta-lactamase enzyme activity. Furthermore, the two ones of beta-lactamase positive Bacillus strains were B. lentus (%6), one was B. megaterium (%3), two were B. brevis (%6), two were B. mycoides (%6) and three ones were B. polymxa (%9). Presence of beta-lactamase enzyme of the rest of 23 Bacillus isolates (%70) were determined as a negative. Also beta lactamase positive and negative Bacillus isolates were tested to be sensitive against ampicillin and imipenem antibiotics. Beta-lactamase positive Bacillus species were determined as a %100 sensitive against imipenem antibiotic and were determined as a %100 resistant against to ampicillin antibiotic.
