摘要：The most part of 28 million tones milk produced per year in Germany is processed by top-ten dairy companies. The legislations and regulations are available for each dairy products, and quality control of the products is regularity conducted according to these rules. By the effect of increasing demands of the consumers, both the milk and the control equipment industries are developing in a great speed.
