  • 摘要:In this study the presence of Salmonella sp. , Listeria sp. , Klebsiella pneumoniae and Escherichia coli in the ice cream samples which are made in Kahramanmaraş were in investigated. For this purpose, 86 ice cream samples were used. In this study, it was found that there were E. coli , K. pneumoniae , E. coli + K. pneumoniae , E. coli + K. pneumoniae + Listeria sp . , Salmonella sp. in 19 (%22.09), 10 (%11.62), 7 (%8.13), 4 (%4.65) and 2 (%2.32) samples of ice cream examined, respectively. The whole 5 colonies taken from 3 samples containing Listeria were identified as Listeria monocytogenes. On the other hand, 4 of 5 colonies taken from the another sample were identified as L. grayii , whereas 1 of them was identified as Listeria monocytogenes. The results found in the study showed that microbiological qualities of some ice cream samples were insufficient and they might be dangerous in health of consumer.
