摘要：in this research, effect of the LP-system activation on distribution of the nitrogenous compounds in cow milk was investigated. Activation of the LP-system with 20:20 or 60:60 ppm SCN:H2O2 had no significant effect on total nitrogen, non-casein nitrogen, non-protein nitrogen, proteose-pepton nitrogen, total albumin nitrogen, globulin nitrogen and, Beta-lactoglobulin nitrogen in cow milk kept at 20°C or 30°C for 16h.
