  • 摘要:This study was carried out selected students from school of the Van city between 1995 and 1996 years. The study was con-ducted the milk and milk products consumption pattern (levels) of 381 students and their families. According to the results of the research it was found that the most of students is liking for milk (80.0 %), the most of liking for milk are rural students. 70.6 % of inquiry answered students are prefer drinking as heat the milk. Commonly students don't generally right and enough information about the milk and nutritional of milk. In the study, it was found that there was a significant relationship among daily milk consumption with monthly win money of student's families (P<0.01).
