  • 摘要:In research in green coffee bean, Fe, Zn, P, Na, Cu, Ca and K which are important for human nutrition, were determined. Average value of mineral contents are (ppm): Fe; 65.87, Zn; 152.28, P; 160.63, Na; 302.66, Cu; 4.55, Ca; 352.27 and K; 1065.16.
