摘要:An isocratic high performance liquid chromatograhpic method has been used to determine sorbic acid in wine. The HPLC system consist of a reversed phase column (250x4.6 mm i.d), a solvent system of methanol –0.005 M NH4CH3COO (30:70, v/v) with a flow rate 1.5 mL/min and 254 nm detection including sample preparation, a complete determination can be accomplished in 15 min. Linear working range of the method is 0.5-5.0 ppm and the coefficient of the variation is % 1.1.
