摘要：Zearalenone (ZEN) is produced bye Fusariums ZEN is indicated to be a Fermentation Ostogenic Materyal (FES) or F-2 toxin. This toxin is appeared to be a similar chemical structure of ostrogenic hormones. Ostrogenism can be seen when the animals are fed with moldy foods.
