  • 摘要:Within the content of this study, the grapes that are used; the young (4-5 years old) and the old (30-31 years old) vins of domestic varieties Emir and Narince which have been grafted on 41 B.M.G., were harvested from the research and practice winyards of Horticulture Department of Ankara University, Agricultural Faculty. During the experiment leaded in 1995 and 1996, it has been intended to examine the effect of oldness of the vins on the quality of the grape and wine in this two important local variety for producing wine. The results show that; there are some differences between the young and old vines by their wine qualities.
