  • 摘要:Some physical and chemical properties of the myrtle fruits in different size and colour, harvested in İçel (Büyükeceli-Gülnar) were determined. Anthociyanins were found in the violet fruits. Tannin content in the violet fruits was more than white ones. Titratable acidity in both size of fruits was same and was much higher than white fruits. The fruits have potential for the minerals, especially high content of K.
