摘要：In this study, a total of 100 samples of pasteurized milk purchased at markets in Ankara were analysed for the presence of motile Aeromonas. It is indicated that, pasteurized milk was contaminated with 19% of motile Aeromonas. From positive sample, 68.4% of A. caviae , 21% of A. hydrophila and 10.5% of A. sobria were identified. As a result, motile Aeromonas spp. can be found in pasteurized milk as a potential food pathogen and it was of the opinion that, those milk could be an important source of Aeromonas infection in humans.
