摘要:This research was conducted on 400 people (187 of which were male and 213 of which were female) in the Kızılay province of Ankara. The average age of the male consumers was 26.89±9.91 while the average age of the female consumers was 24.91±8.71. According to the results, the consumers tend to go to the fast food restaurants particularly at noon time during the week, while at evening time during the weekend. It was determined that consumers mostly consume pie (17.50%), breadcake (15.25%), fried potatoes (12.50%), toast with cheese (8.75%), hamburger (6.50%) and döner kebap (4.25%). It was also determined that 72.25% of the consumers have never consumed the fried mussels, whereas 67.50& of them have never consumed the pide (bread which is soft flat cakes) with spinach, the rate was 63.75% for the cooked sheep’s chitterlings 51.50% for pide with sausage, while it was 45.75% for the cheeseburger, 40.25% for the chicken burger, 39.25% for the cold sandwich, 38.75% for the mixed pide, 37.75% for the pide with cheese and 35.50% for the sandwich with chicken. According to the results of this research the beverages mostly preferred by the consumers were cola, ayran (drinks made with yoghurt), fresh fruit juice, tea and colour beverages respectively.
