  • 摘要:In this research honey wines (mead) were produced from different honey samples (sunflower, cotton and pine) using S. cerevisiae Narince-3 wine yeast and results were compared both chemical and organoleptic aspect. Organoleptic analysis results showed that, all wine samples were admired but pine honey wines were more preferable than sunflower and cotton honey wines.
