摘要：The aim of this research was to find out the differentiation of physical and chemical properties of anchovies with different length during fishing period. According to the results, the effects of anchovy length and fishing date on the physical properties of anchovies; chemical properties of mixture of scale, head, organs and rib was found significant at p<0.01 level.
