摘要：The vegetable samples were collected from different agricultural area irrigated by Porsuk in Eskişehir. The quality of nitrate and nitrite in vegetable were determined and, these samples and of water samples were also tested for the existence and number of Escherichia coli, Enterobacter aerogenes, Bacillus subtilis and Pseudomonas aeruginosa bacteria which are known to convert nitrate to nitrate.
