摘要:Coliform group bacteria were isolated and identified from 17 samples of the Erzincan Tulum (Şavak) Cheese and 21 samples of the freshly formed white cheese which are marketed in the Closed Shopping District in Elazığ. Different biochemical characteristics and IMViC tests were obtained from identification of 618 cultures. Total 316 coliform strains have been identified in the Erzincan Tulum cheese, consisted of 72 Escherichia coli tip I, 32 E. coli Tip II, 76 Enterobacter aerogenes , 55 E. cloacae , 31 Citrobacter sp., 14 Klebsiella aerogenes, 28 K. pneumoniae and the freshly formed white cheese, consisted of 86 E. coli tip I, 42 E. coli Tip II, 91 E. aerogenes , 34 E. cloacae , 22 Citrobacter sp., 5 K. aerogenes , 11 K. pneumoniae . Nineteen strain couldn’t be identified.
