  • 摘要:Extrusion cooking technology has got widening group of industrial applications and has been used extensively during recent years. One of the industrial applications of this technology is also food process industry. With this technology; products with high quality and any number of variety are produced. In this study, principles, usage aims of extrusion cooking technology; extruder systems, their specifications, advantages and disadvantages were described.
