摘要:In this study, the ampelographic characters of Othello grape variety grafted on 41 B.M.G. in the experimental vineyard of the Department of Horticulture , Faculty of Agriculture in Ankara were determined. From bud burst to ripening time the ampelographic characters defined as “Characterization and Preliminary Evaluation Data” in “Description for Grapes” prepared by a working group of “International Board for Plant Genetic Characters” of Othello grape variety. Ampelographic measurements of the leaves were determined by the method of Galet mentioned in MORTON (1979). In addition to these studies, from the beginning of the verasion the total soluble solid content and titratable acidity were measured ten days intervals.
