  • 摘要:In this research L-lactic acid content of 299 Turkish apple juice concentrates were examined in 1994 and 1995. L-lactic acid levels were low from standard limit of 0.6 gram per liter. Due to high level juice technology, Turkish apple juice concentrate have high quality which desirable for foreign countries.
