  • 摘要:Twenty Streptococcus faecalis were isolated from the sample of white cheese which had been obtained from different dairies. In the study of iodometric test method 2 of 20 Streptococcus faecalis were negative beta-lactamase. Later, the presence of beta-lactamase enzyme in 2 beta-lactamase positive Streptococcus faecalis was confirmed by using. Chromogenic Cefalosporin Test (Nitrocefin). Besides, antibiotic sensitive test with Penicilline-G was applied. Two Streptococcus faecalis which were determined beta-lactamase positive by the method of Chromogenic Cefolosporin Test (Nitrocefin) were found to be resistant against Penicillin-G.The result was supported to the test of beta-lactamase.
