摘要:Many factors, mainly raised serum cholesterol cause coronary heart diseases. Generally in order to decrease coronary heart diseases risk, reduction of plasma total and low density lipoprotein cholesterol through lowering the intake of total and saturated fat and of dietary cholesterol have been aimed. Several methods for the reduction of dietary cholesterol and removing cholesterol of some foods have been developed, recently. But the effect of dietary cholesterol on plasma cholesterol has not been understood completely. There are also arguments and opposite articles on this topic.
