摘要:In this work, fatty acids in by laurel leaves and berry fat taken from Iskenderun were analysed by gas chromatography. As result, it has been found palmitic (%20.83), linoleic (%18.15) and linolenic (%41.16) in laurel leaves fat, and palmitic (%20.83), linoleic (%18.15) and linolenic (%41.16) in laurel leaves fat, and palmitic (%20.83), oleic (%39.17) and linoleic (%19.96) in laurel berry fat as dominant acids.
