  • 标题:The Isolation of Bacillus Species from the Samples of Raw Milk, Pasteurized Milk and White Cheese and the Determination of Bacillus Species Being Existence Beta-Lactamase by Iodometric Test Method

  • 摘要:Totally 72 Bacillus was isolated from the samples of raw milk, pasteurized milk and white cheese which were obtained from various milk companies. 30 Bacillus were determined to have positive beta-lactamase. The positive beta-lactamase Bacillus were found 4 from raw milk, 8 from pasteurized milk and 18 from white cheese. 30 beta-lactamase positive Bacillus were called 3 B. cereus , 1 B. lentus , 1 B. brevis , 2 B. firmus , 1 B. thuringiensis , 1 B. polylmysa , 1 B. curculans 1 B. pumilus , 2 B. megaterium and 17 as unknown Bacillus . Beta-lactamase negative 42 Bacillus were isolated 2 from raw milk, 24 from pasteurized milk and 16 from white cheese. 42 beta-lactamase negative Bacillus are named 5 B. sphaericus , 1 B. firmus , 1 B. circulans , 1 B. anthracis , 1 B. pumilus , 1 B. macerans and 32 as a unknown. The Bacillus which were tested as beta-lactamase positive were then controlled by penicillin-G antibiotics. In addition, the antibiotic sensitivity tests against cefazolin, amoxicillin-clavulanic acid, gentamicin, amikacin, clindamycin and ofloxacin were also tested.
