  • 摘要:Probiotics are feed additives which are developed for the establishment of intestinal flora of host animals. Probiotics have very important role for the prevention of the food borne disease by Salmonella . In this study concentrated on different types of probiotics, detrimental effect on food borne pathogens, the use of probiotics and potentials.
